JJ Bukowski is an award winning cinematographer and Director of Photography based in Phoenix, Arizona with over 12 years of experience in the industry. His commercial credits include work for Lenovo, Intel, Starbucks, Chipotle, Nextiva, and Coleman. His narrative work spans feature films including Planet George, Wayfaring Stranger, and the award-winning IM'Perfect. JJ began his career after studying motion picture production at SCC and went on to apprentice under Jeffrey Kimball, ASC, before traveling with Sean Fairburn, SOC on multiple feature films and commercials. He specializes in commercial, narrative, documentary, and music video cinematography across Arizona and beyond.
